The grant helped us get equipment that we needed such as tackling dummies, tackling sleds, weights, and work out equipment. So to start off with the biggest answer. WE MADE THE PLAYOFFS!!!!!! First time in almost 20 years that our team made it. Second and actually the more important part is that we have two players that are being looked at by colleges. None of that could have been possible if it was not for your help and donation honestly. We did not have nearly the amount of injuries that we have had in the past because we did not have to tackle each other. The tackling wheels helped out because we were able to teach the guys how to tackle at different heights depending on the height of the running backs. That was the biggest help. One of the guys that is being looked at by a college was able to improve his bench press by almost a 100 pounds because we were able to get updated equipment along with an actual program to assist him with it. He also improved his speed which made him a force to be messed with on the field.
Other teams have stopped us after the games to let us know that this year was a huge turn around from the previous years. None of this could have been possible if it was not for your help. I truly believe that your foundation is part of the success that we had this year. I also believe that the reason we made the playoffs was largely due to your foundation. So from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you.
